Black Summer Truffles – out of stock

Our orchard was planted in 2008 and now yields some of the finest truffles found in the UK. We collect them ourselves with Oscar the Truffle Hound, daily throughout May to August, and supply everyone from keen cooks in the home, to restaurants, delicatessens and wholesalers.

Our truffles are collected between May and August, depending on the season the season may be slightly longer or shorter. We collect and deliver weekly and the truffles should be fine for 7-10 days in the fridge. Truffles should be stored in an airtight container, wrapped in kitchen roll, which should be changed every two days to ensure freshness.
